My Mission

I created Fearless Fitness personal training, with overall health and wellness in mind. As personal trainers, we need to understand both the male and female perspective on personal fitness goals as well as health and wellness. I am knowledgeable in all areas needed to help guide you to your personal fitness best. I am also certified by the best industry professional organizations and stay on top of all the changing fitness trends by attending quarterly seminars and workshops.

“Change the Mind, and the Body Will Follow”

Once a person accepts that the mind is just as important as training the body, change will happen. Many people continue to battle back and fourth with physical appearance and lifestyle. The two do not mix. The “appearance” mindset creates an environment where the person feels deprived and unfulfilled. If we can see ourselves not as a sexy pair of arms, abs, or glute’s but as a healthy person living a long life without sickness or pain that is when everything becomes much clearer and those arms and abs will follow! Look at your personal fitness as way to enjoy the rest of your life and not as a temporary fix or goal.

Whether it’s helping someone with no experience or teaching an elite athlete the latest Plyometric techniques; I will be there to “Motivate, Educate and Evaluate” throughout the entire personal training experience. No Longer Fear Not Getting The Fitness Results You Deserve – “I Will Be There For You”- by the way that’s a good song too!

The thing that I find exciting about personal training people is that no two individuals are the alike. The challenges each client faces while attaining their own personal fitness goals and how the personal trainer over comes them, is what separates a good personal trainer from an average one. My philosophy is a simple one, “If you succeed, so do I”.

I specialize in all levels of health and personal fitness, from experienced athletes who need sport specific training, as well as body builders training for contests. If I can train experienced athletes and body builders, then the everyday person wanting to get in better shape through diet and exercise is a breeze. Whether you’re a man or women, young, middle aged or a senior, I will help you reach your personal fitness goals and get you in the best shape of your life by making you strong, flexible and balanced.

Many people today are overwhelmed with hectic lifestyles and do not make good use of their time when it comes to health and fitness. Everyone starts an exercise program with good intentions but ends up losing motivation fast because of two main reasons; the lack of knowledge and outside influences. Those influences being our jobs, and family. Combine that with the number of restaurants San Diego has to offer and it’s no wonder once the initial motivation wears off, progress and interest in personal fitness goals comes to a screeching halt.

I am certified to provide extensive dietary guidance as well as offering everyday food tips and food substitutions to make painless and satisfying changes in your eating habits. Incorporating good dietary habits will make achieving success much faster and easier to maintain, which is biggest reason most people fall out of shape. Most people are involved in exercise and nutritional programs that are not designed to be maintainable over time.

My instruction as a personal trainer focuses on fitness and nutritional guidance to help the individual change their mind set from being focused on appearance, to a more balanced lifestyle involving diet and exercise. In addition to being a personal trainer, I am certified with the American Association of Sports Dieticians and Nutritionists as a nutrition manager. This allows me to offer everyday food tips and food substitutions to make painless and satisfying changes in eating habits to help you reach your goals even faster. All my meal plans are approved by a licensed Registered Dietician who oversees all my recommendations. Here is a sample of the nutritional guidance I provide to compliment my personal training services.

I love being a personal trainer, especially here in San Diego. I have devoted my life to being healthy and strong through proper nutrition and exercise. My knowledge of the human body and the challenges I have had with my own personal fitness goals while aging, will help you overcome your plateaus and fears about exercise. As a personal trainer here in San Diego, my education in myo-fascial trigger point therapy, nutrition, and corrective exercise will help you achieve physical fitness success the pain free way.
