This type of exercise is best for those people interested in performing better in a certain sport or activity. Those activities can be as common as football, baseball and hockey or as specific as arm wrestling. Either way when the client comes to me for this specialty I will analyze his or her sports specific movement patterns if I am not already familiar with them and create a program to improve performance in their specific skill.
