The Gym

San Diego Personal Training is where I work with my clients, if they are NOT doing an in-home personal training program. It’s located in Sorrento Valley just off the 805 and 5 freeways. It's close to North County San Diego and services areas such as Carmel Valley, Del Mar, Solana Beach, Rancho Santa Fe and La Jolla. I will travel to area's outside north county up to 10 miles. It is a very up-to-date facility with the latest equipment and it’s clean and organized. The best part is there are no gym memberships for the public, so it's conducive to a very professional environment with serious trainers and clients. This allows me to focus on my clients without all the distractions of a public gym or facility. There is plenty of free parking as well as showers, towels and lockers. San Diego Personal Training has a great open feel and since the functional and sports training area is located outside, it really breaks things up and adds another dimension to your workouts.
